SPECIAL RECOGNITION |
A Fighter, made cooperatively by two kitebuilders. From a sail made long ago, joined with a sail made this past year. He obtained an unfinished kite from an estate and appliqued it onto a new skin and used similar construction techniques to turn it into a wonderful Fighter Kite. It was my honor to present the Special Recognition award to Arnold Stellama AND Lee Toy. |
