Kite Studio's Nylon Bonded Thread features superior strength, stretch and recovery properties and excellent resistance to wear and abrasion. Nylon stands up to the weather many times better than thread made of natural fibers.

Size 33 is the most popular size for sewing our ripstop and banner nylons as well as most webbings. If you want a little more strength when sewing heavy webbings, polyester fabrics and 420 denier nylon, try stepping up to size #46.

A four ounce cone holds approximately 3,425 feet of thread.

All of our thread is bonded to reduce lint build up in your machine. The bonding also aids in sewing through various tapes and adhesives.

Remember, when sewing with 'cone' thread, the thread must come off the the 'top' of the cone, not the side. Place the cone on the table behind your machine or use a cone holder.
