Cliff Quinn requested this fitting and we decided to add it to our catalog. It is designed to be an adjustable 'stop', first used to center the tinkertoy hub on the Double Star kite. It is machined in our shop to fit the .3930" (10 mm) Graphite Spar.

Put into position then turn the screw to tighten.
