We try to maintain a "good 'ol boy" attitude
toward customer service with personal attention to all
your kitebuilding questions. But please understand, due
to the volume of mail we receive it is difficult to
immediately answer each request for information. So bare
with us, we'll eventually get to you. In the meantime,
check every nook and crany of this website - between Kite
Studio & KiteBuilder there is tons of information
(and answers) for you to discover!
At
present, all orders are handled via email
and
telephone (610-395-3560). We suggest your first order be
placed by phone or fax to establish your account and to
get your payment details on file. From then on, your
order can easily be placed by email
