- Brief description of this plan
- An easy plan for a Flare kite developed from Pelham’s sketch in his Penguin Book of Kites. A light wind flier. Dimensional drawings and discussions on sails, sparring are in the Forum thread. The “plan” assumes some prior building experience for determining and making average details (spar-to-fabric connections, for example.)
