Hi all.

Thought I'd start a little game just for grins...

Since I've recently realized that I have more things than I need, I figured others may as well.

So I thought I'd start a little game...

Think of the things that you have too many of that are kite related and post either a truth or a lie about them. Then, when someone guesses if you are fessin' up, or playing coy, you will have to reply with the correct answer.

If the person guessing the answer is correct, they get a point. If the person is incorrect in their guess, they lose one point. The person with the most POSITIVE points wins, and the person with the most NEGATIVE points wins.

First correct guess gets the point.

First incorrect guess gets the point TAKEN AWAY. (yes, you could enter the game and immediately be in da hole.) Wink

To win, you have to play and play and play.
Can't just snipe in at the last moment and look like Dudley Do-Right.

Minimum number of unique, guesses is 10 (ten)- per person - before the end of the contest, which will end on February 28,2009 at 11:59 PM.

So, guess early and guess often.

Kiter's honor here for all who bare their souls: Be straight about what's the troof and what aint. Wink

If anyone wants to add conditions or suggestions that may make the game more fun, PM me. I will send the info to Steve and he can work his Moderator Magic and add them.

In simple terms:

What do you have too many of that is(are) kite-related?
Tell us, oh tell us, do.
Telling the truth? That's the optional part that will add some fun.
Someone will guess if you are telling the truth.
If they are correct, they win a point.
Incorrect and they lose a point.
Original poster has to confirm, or deny AND TELL THE TRUTH ABOUT HIS/HER POST...

I'll start:

I currently own 9 sewing machines.

I disagree !
The question was
i own more than 1 car

and the answer is :
i have a red peugiot 205 and a trailer wagon.

So you have ONE car and ONE trailer so you own MORE THAN (only) ONE car

so it is right and I get my point !

Twisted Evil Twisted Evil Twisted Evil

you lost your point

To produce a dessert called "crème brulée" we use a small "kitchen blowpipe" burning butane;

I use it as a lighter, but as it stands up by itself the 2 hands are available

And I have 2 of them !
I will try to suppply a photo this week end

Next question ?

I first saw these type of units in a chef's supplies store however the price was quite a bit higher than I wanted to pay, so I started searching to find a less expensive one and found the Harbor freight units which are cheap as well as being inexpensive. Shocked

I have several of the Harbor freight versions around the house. I use them for melting synthetic lines, lighting cigars and general pyrotechnic uses. Smile

The Harbor freight units are cheap as well as being inexpensive, as I have several around because I did have one fail, the piezoelectric device stopped working so would not produce a spark. Cheap junk... But useful in its own right.

She doesn't know.

I've too many kite projects to focus on any of them. (true or false?)
