We don't tire of looking at kites - especially kites that have been improved upon. We actually reward creativity and design modifications... This is one reason why we expect and request the kitebuilder be present to explain the modifications to the design.
If your kite is not a copy of a previous winning design and it is indeed your "third iteration", by all means, enter it. But be prepared to point out he new features to the Structural Design Judges.
Good Luck! _________________ Steve Ferrel

As long as you are making modifications and improvements, they shouldn't get tired of looking at that design. The same is true of any kite. Will you be able to enter it at MIKE? Yes, as long as it is not the same kite that won at the AKA convention. |
