Hey guys!!!
Harbor Freight has the diamond wheels on sale right now... and for the rest of the month for $4.99!! Just got the catalogue.... that's half off and a lot less than Dremel gets for theirs!
Here's their 800 number.... 800-423-2567

HI Bill, I was in harbor freight yesterday afternoon , I have seen the diamond cutting wheels in there . They are in a 5 or 6 pack with a 1/8 in. mandrel for 9.95 $ u.s. . Thier diameter is about 3/4 in and i had a concern about the size. have you had any experince with them . I have a genuine dremmel diamond wheel that is 1 in. dia. but was very pricy 14.95 $ u.s. . It works just fine.I would recomend the dremmel except for the cost. |

I looked on line and found out that we had a harbor freight right here in town, ( and only about 10 minutes from work.) So I stopped by today and got the diamond cut off wheels for $2.49 a pack I had to buy two for that price. Thanks for the heads up guys. |

Chuckle... Ya got out of there without spending money like sea water in the Pacific Ocean?!!
I can't get out of there without dropping least a hundred bucks per visit on stuff, (not to mention the lathe(s) yes... a mini 7x10, and a 9x20, and a milling machine amongst other things for the business) and all those other goodies!! Congratulations on your restraint!!! Good on you.
Well... ya got the cutters, and they are a bit small, but do the job well for the price.
I will also mention a small cutt-off saw..... a small 4" grinder conversion to a chop saw. $30.... Will cut anything you want and even takes on half inch steel pipe, let alone Carbon spars.
Cheers! Bill _________________ Have at it!!
