Hey everyone, I'm looking for a roommate for Wildwood for Fri, Sat and Sun nights. I shower often and don't smoke. Past that, no promises!

Wildwood International Kite Festival, Wildwood, NJ:
May 27-30, 2004. This is the largest independent kite competition and festival in North America. Held on the spacious beach at Wildwood, NJ. it features both competition in a wide variety of kite flying modes as well as a huge aerial festival this event has it all. Indoor competions are held in the new Wildwood Convention Centre right on the boardwalk beside the beach that hosts the festival. Workshops, a spectacular night fly, a banquet and a barbecue make it one of the best kiting events in North America. Roger Chewning and his crew of volunteers always put on a great event.

I received the email below this morning from the Eastern League Commissioner:
Because of the recent announcement about the AKA losing its
insurance policy, there has been a lot of speculation about
whether the Wildwood event is actually happening. IT IS!
Roger Chewning, the event's organizer, confirms that the
Wildwoods International Kite Festival, including the East
Coast Stunt Kite Championships, is definitely on for
Memorial Day weekend as usual, no matter what happens with
the AKA insurance. Additional information about the event
(including a downloadable registration form) is available on
the Calendar page of the Eastern League web site:
www.easternleague.net. |
