I use 300 lb Braided White Dacron sold by Stevef here. Up to now I've been building and flying only a FF03A 35sqft flowform plus some line laundry that I borrowed from Mountain Man.

When I built my first flowform, I had no idea of the size of line I needed and I didn't know about this forum, so I started with a 90lb line that I bought in a local store. They were also selling 350lb line and I tought who would be crazy enough to fly a kite that can pull 350lb Embarassed. And here I am today flying a flowform with 300lb Dacron. It's probably a bit overkill but I was planning to build a bigger flowform eventually.
