Well we went to the beach to mark our 4th year of marital bliss. I asked my wife what she wanted for her anniversary present and she replied "wind and sunshine" - Is she a kite flier or what! We started our stay with winds at 20+ but she flew her trilby stack of 6 and had a blast. But the sun started to set and it was time to put them away for the day.
Then it was our special day and she got "wind and sunshine" and something else
Yup its a spinsock to fly under her christmas present, and it matches our banner.
The wind started lite so launching was a bit of a job.
But then it picked up just enough.
We flew three 19' deltas one 11' delta a couple of inflatibles and the kite I got at the AKA auction from china. The wife learned to fly a 2.4M traction kite and it is part of our collection now. I even heard that the news showed our kite display on the air! Sorry no pics of everything, we took up too much beach.
It was a nice day!
Good Winds!

Hi Phil and Barb it looks like you had a great day at the beach. Way to go on the anniversary. Linda and I look forward to flying with you soon. I heard Puffin is going to be held April 23, are you going to be there?

Hi Doug, we had not heard anything about the puffin festival yet. So April 23rd ??? We will make every attempt to be there. Hope to see ya!
Thanks everyone, Kites are more fun with somebody. We sure do enjoy it and it has been fun starting as a couple of single line fliers and then trying dual lines and now quad line traction kites..... now if I can just get time to fly, wind to fly and somewhere to fly all together. Hmmmmm
