Here's something that I (finally) put together.

I was tired of trying to peek behind my big/bulky after-market walking foot (which I'm NOT going to give up!) to see if I had run out of thread and was just making holes instead of a stitch...

So I bought a mirror on a stand. I bent a piece of aluminum and clamped it to the mirror stand for my thread cone.

Right now I'm building a Pizazz-Plus. At first it was awkward to look up to see behind the machine, but I'm getting used to looking up to check the stitch/thread behind the walking foot.

All right! A rear view mirror for the sewing machine. Now for some turn signals....

I do have a "head light" on mine as I find I need a LOT more light to see things than in the good old days! Now I think I need to find a mirror.

Dave I'm going to look for a mirror also, only I'm going to search for the magnifing type. Age thing.
