The Martelli Enterprises Kwik Bind refrenced above looks to me like it is a single fold binder.

There are Metal double fold binders avaiable at industrial sewing stores.

Cut and Sew services has them for about $20 but they dont have the neat pin to hold a small roll of binding like the one above does....

Actually, it is makes a double-fold that results in a finished product about 1/2" wide, which is about double the width resulting from most double-fold binders. It works with either straight or bias-cut strips. The great thing about the wider fold is that it allows space for inserting rods, which most binders do not.
