The game was written in and for Japan then translated to English.
One line from for text in the game stated "All your base are belong to us"

OK to make a capital letter you start the line of binary numbers with: 0101
And, to make a lower case letter you start with: 0110
Then, the next four spaces make up the letter: 0001 = a
So: 01010001 = a
And: 01100001 = A
In conclusion:
0101000001101001011001010110001101100101001000000010100001100010011010010111010000101001001000000110111101100110001000000110001101100001011010110110010100100001
