Yahoo Article
I was hoping this wouldn't happen... I LOVE hockey.
But, there is a UHL team just about 2.5 miles from my house that just hired 5 Detroit Red Wings... guess i'll have to go there for my hockey fix.

WOW. The bandage industry will be devestated. Laughing I heard a little on the radio but I didn't get the whole story. Thanks for the link. It still amazes me when people cannot realize how their decisions affect others. Now, what will you do with your spare time? Maybe, make a kite or two??

Just me being me,

But now you have MORE time for kite building and flying.

I am trying to find a bright side to your problem.

I used to work in a tool shop where we'd have 70-90 hour weeks regularly. It got old fast. Work all day and night to bring home big bucks but never anytime to do anything else. I even got tired of the smell. Only thing I miss was having a job where I got to use my mind and hands.

To stay on topic, I sent that link to my girlfriend who is a big hockey fan and she gave me her peice of mind.

Maybe the team captains and owners should just put on skates and pads and head out to the ice, and fight the whole issue out on the rink manu-a-manu. No refs to break things up. Last side still standing, wins.
