Howdy all!

I use a quilting ruler ALL THE TIME (thanks Gary E for introducing me to this tool!), but the one I have is in SAE only. Since so many plans use Metrics, I'm wondering if anyone knows where I can get a quilting rule in CM?

I would love to have a metric quilting ruler. I loves my ruler. It's the most used tool I have. I use it for everything. I find it very annoying to have to make a combination measurment. The FF04a I'm building for example. The skins are 50 cm and 3/4 inch wide. Mad

Yesterday when I was at Fabricland picking up some thread and stuff (and a new 3 meter fabric tape measure) they had mentioned to me that quilting supplies are always in inches/feet Sad

Watch for these too:
Omnigrid

Several metric sizes and shapes available.
No pictures (I like pictures!) of the individual rulers though.

The Phantom has a CNC router.

BTW, no one mentioned that when you are using different measuring devices that you should measure them all to one another. You would be surprised to know that occassionally you can get something that isn't quite right. So, if you measure with one and then switch to another you might get different measurements. I know, this in not supposed to happen but . . . Food for thought.

KR

Every once in a while I get a good idea. Very Happy
