I saw these auctions and wondered if anyone has heard of it before.
Personally I don't fly around my campfire or close enough to the sun to worry about it.
Just haven't heard of this before.
Used in model hot-air balloons?

Many public spaces, ie malls or other businesses, require fire retardent fabrics to be used in installations of art work, oftentimes due to fire codes.
