There is a shuttle that goes from Chicago-O'Hare airport to Rockford IL, for only $13. Someone can pick you up in Rockford and drive you the last 20 minutes to the retreat! What a great way to use up some of those frequest flier miles before the airline goes into bankruptcy.
See you there!!

I've signed up but most likely won't make it there. Connie works for one of those airlines facing bankruptcy and will their pay cut goes into effect this week. Hopefully a pay cut will be the extent of the impact at our house.... |

I am looking forward to attending my first MAKR. This is the first time I have traveled so far to teach a kite making class. But, I also will be taking another class or two. So, I am making my list of stuff to bring and hopefully will not forget something important. Oh well, I am told the MAKR group really knows how to PARTY!!

KR works in clothing retail. I'll have to have her bring one of those white plastic anti-theft devices And ther will be Dave " But I left my ruler out in my car. I was just taking it out there to make some measurements. Really " Can't wait to see everyone again! |

Unfortunately, my store doesn't have the anti-theft devices but I have lots of ZIP TIES. I could bring the larger sizes so you can tie Kiteguy's hands together so he can't grab your DC.
