OK here's the deal I live in Canada and I have a return ticket from Delta Airlines for any destination in North America. catch is I have to use the ticket by the end of November. I refuse to waste it so does anyone know of a kite festival (big or small) somewhere/anywhere in the US? Even a 'club meet' somewhere warm that I can attend.

GISKC is an Eastern League sport kite competition held at Tybee Island, Georgia. It's happening next weekend (11/13-11/14).

GISKC also has a large single line presence, or is that the presence of large 'single lines'  . Gary and Maggie Engvall bring some of their large kites, and Scot "Grumpy" Gwyn does too. Anyway, it is near Savannah GA.
