Just checked the JoAnn's webpage and they have 'em. Now I need to find a chance to get to the store. In the mean time I can save that blade and use a spare......

the sand paper is OK but there is not enough choices in grits, as I like to have an assortment not just the 2 that they come with.... 4 or more would be better.

3Msells a diamond sandpaper in a dozen grits----------- Very Pricey per sheet

Well, I've now joined your club. I just lost a chunk of thumb to my utility knife while cutting a template.

Hi Prog , You know what. I saw the tools prompt and clicked on it and then saw the rotary topic post . Before I clicked on it I said to myself OH I hope its not bad news . SO sorry to learn of your mishap. Hope its a small chunk that will mend quickly. Damn I know how you feel . Its like so you know what you've done and you want to kick yourself in the but . Ben there and had the feeling! Then you have to work with a bandaid which aint fun either.Oh well time heals.

Regards

CLIFF

For having luck to cut a hunk from my thumb I had some good luck. It was retained by a small strand because the nail stopped the blade. I press the amputated piece back in place and held it down with a bandaid.

Things grew back to normal much more quickly than having to grow over the whole wound. I know about the latter part, as I had experience there, too! Shocked

Certainly hope that experience is a good teacher. Rolling Eyes
