At the State Park (the beach) in Grand Haven, MI
Come see the Pros jumping 30 feet into the air! Kitesurfing
(or kiteboarding) is an incredible sight to behold.
Not a kite festival but lots of nice space to fly kites and a fun town. Plus you get to watch the kitesurfers, which is impressive, ( if not downright scary  .)I went last year with my family and we had a great time. There were quite a few kite flyers the flying on the beach. We'll be there again this year. Look for Spikey and come say Hi !
