Pic Description: Toki San is a master Edo kite builder. This kite is made of Washi paper that is reinforced on the back with silk cloth that he glues to the paper after he has glued the sheets of hand made Washi Paper toghter.

He then decorates it with Sumi ink and Dyes for the color.
