DOMESTIC SHIPPING: UPS shipping is determined by the total of your order:
Up To $20.00 - $7.00
$21 to $40.00 - $8.00
$41 to $60.00 - $9.00
$61 to $80.00 - $10.00
$81 to $100.00 - $12.00
$101 to $125.00 - $14.00
$126 to $150.00 - $16.00
$151 to $200.00 - $18.00
Over $200.00 - $20.00
Under normal circumstances, orders leave our Pennsylvania warehouse the same or next working day. Orders with custom parts may incur delays. During periods of high demand, orders may be delayed. All ground shipments leave the building on a first in, first out policy. Shipments to remote residential areas may experience additional UPS delays beyond our control.
DOMESTIC EXPRESS SHIPPING:
One, Two, and Three day express UPS shipping can be obtained at the buyers expense. Cost is determined by weight and destination. We advise calling these "rush" orders into our customer service office: 610-395-3560 or 800-KITE-991. To receive same day shipping, you MUST telephone your order in by 2:00 PM EST.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
If you are ordering from outside the US, there will be an additional shipping fee that is not reflected during the checkout process. We will ship via USPS AIR and we will charge the actual shipping, insurance, & handling fee. The cost is determined by weight and destination. ADDITIONAL CHARGES:
Some items require additional shipping fees and we reserve the right to add them to an order. Boxes over 59 inches will incur and additional $5.25 charge, oversize boxes according to UPS standards will be charged additional fees. We reserve the right to charge extra for multiple box shipments
BACKORDERS:
Backordered items will be shipped to you automatically if we expect them to arrive within two weeks. If delayed further, we will contct you and ask if you still want the items. We try to keep everything in stock at all times, but there are times throughout the year when our manufacturers fall behind, delaying our incoming shippments. In most Domestic cases, we will not charge you additional shipping for backordered items. International customers, please add the backordered item to your next order.
RETURNS:
If you are not satisfied with an item, return it with a copy of the invoice and a reason for return within 15 days from the time of purchase.
