DOMESTIC SHIPPING:
The following shipping costs are ESTIMATES for US domestic orders via UPS. We calculate the shipping cost by the total of your order:
Up To $25.00 - $ 8.00
$26 to $50.00 - $10.00
$51 to $75.00 - $12.00
$76 to $125.00 - $14.00
$126 to $150.00 - $16.00
Over $150.00 - $20.00
Some items require additional shipping fees and we reserve the right to add them to an order. Boxes over 59 inches will incur an additional $6.00 charge, oversize boxes according to UPS standards will be charged additional fees. We reserve the right to charge extra for multiple box shipments
At your request, we can provide the total invoice amount with shipping before your order is sent. This will delay your order but your request will be honored. Please include the request in the COMMENT section during checkout; or telephone our customer service department at 610-395-3560.
Under normal circumstances, orders leave our Pennsylvania warehouse the same or next working day. Orders with custom parts may incur delays. During periods of high demand, orders may be delayed. All ground shipments leave the building on a first in, first out policy. Shipments to remote residential areas may experience additional UPS delays beyond our control.
DOMESTIC EXPRESS SHIPPING:
One, Two, and Three day express UPS shipping can be obtained at the buyers expense. Cost is determined by weight and destination. You can put this request in the COMMENT section during checkout, but we advise calling these "rush" orders into our customer service office: 610-395-3560 or 800-KITE-991. To receive same day shipping, you MUST telephone your order in by 2:00 PM EST.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
If you are ordering from outside the US, there will be an additional shipping fee that is not reflected during the checkout process. We will ship via USPS AIR and charge the actual shipping, insurance, & handling fee. The cost is determined by weight and destination. The USPS shipping calculator can be found HERE. You can also telephone your international orders to our customer service department at: 610-395-3560. We will not ship to Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Libya, Serbia, or Sudan. We cannot predict any charges after your order leaves our warehouse. Any additional customs fees or taxes are the customers responsibility. Please check with your customs office before ordering. If for any reason, a package is returned to us, we will refund the total less shipping.
DROP SHIP ORDERS:
Our website gives you the ability to store up to five shipping addresses. Unlike our competitors, we will gladly ship your order anywhere you like WITHOUT additional fees for this service.
BACKORDERS:
We will not charge you for any items placed on backorder. However, backordered items will be charged and shipped to you automatically if we expect them to arrive within two weeks. If delayed further, we will contct you and ask if you want to continue with the order. We try to keep everything in stock at all times, but there are times throughout the year when our manufacturers fall behind, delaying our incoming shippments. In most Domestic cases, we will not charge you additional shipping for backordered items. International customers, please add the backordered item to your next order.
RETURNS:
If you are not satisfied with an item, return it with a copy of the invoice and a reason for return within 15 days from the time of purchase. Products must be in sellable condition, in the same condition as you received them. Custom fittings, parts, and special orders are not returnable. Customers are responsible for all shipping fees.
