but i was told that .65 oz/sq yard is before finishing, and is industry standard for weight of this type of material. i think it would good idea to post actual weights also...

I was winding the string off of the spool on to my kite winder - I found that the string was spliced together (with overhand knots no less!!) not once, but at least twice that I caught on the 3000 ft spool.

Water Soluable White Pencil (by brett solberg, 78 words)
a highly useful tool.. I use it for marking on dark/black fabric.. it's not as soft as grease pencil, but a little softer than a regular #2 pencil.. but the great thing is that it cleans off very easily with a damp cloth.. I removed all the sew line..
