A new kite from Kevin Shannon that flies as good as it looks. It is based on a design in the classic kitebuilding book "The Penguin Book of Kites" by David Pelham.

Kevin is an award winning Master Kitebuilder and he shows us what can be done with an 'old' design. He looks in a book, analyses the plan and modifies its design to adapt to modern materials.

Kevin crafts the sail from .75 ounce ripstop nylon, adds two keels - fore and aft. Then frames the kite in lightweight graphite RLG2400 and RLG1880.
