When sewing Nylon fabric, our thread of choice is #33 Bonded Nylon. However, some of our customers prefer Bonded Polyester because it has less stretch.

Size 33 is the most popular size for sewing our ripstop and banner nylons as well as most webbings.

All of our thread is bonded to reduce lint build up in your machine. The bonding also aids in sewing through various tapes and adhesives.

Remember, when sewing with 'cone' thread, the thread must come off the the 'top' of the cone, not the side. Place the cone on the table behind your machine or use a cone holder.
