Tom McCune's "Merwind"

A wizard named "Merwind" caste a spell for the perfect wind to earn second place with a score of 29.87. And the perfect wind indeed, Tom's kite had the best flight score in the category with an 8.27.
	Slightly asymmetric, and full of whimsy, the wand extends to caste a spell on the wind. The eyes stare down, clearly full of magic and look at that beard! Full of decorative stitching... adding texture in the sky.
