Bruce Designed this kite to scare seagulls! I'm
not sure if it is the graphic or the actual kite itself, but he
says it works! And even without seagulls in the Montana Sky, this
kite impressed the judges enough to recieve a score of 29.82 and
First Place! Congratulations Bruce!
