Well in this case, it is a workshop kite made by Betty Hirschman who had a physical problem with her arm so we allowed Scott to stand in her place. Betty did a great job and just missed third place by two hundredths of a point

BUT she did have the highest Visual Appeal score in the category with a 7.9!
