Born November 3, 1995. She is a Smooth Collie named after the heroic main character in Isaac Asimov's classic, "Foundation and Empire." In the book, Bayta Darell, with her good looks and intelligence, saves the galaxy by preventing the villainous Mule from discovering the true location of the Second Foundation.

She was born in Hop Bottom, PA in the home of Lu Ann Palmer, aka "Bootlegger Collies". Bayta now resides with Steve in Lansdale, PA and has become the official mascot of Kite Studio.
